Hi. I bought Studio One 4 and installed it on a computer that is fully compatible with the hardware requirements and with a Windows 10. When I run the program, an initialization screen appears and after a few seconds it closes.
In the Windows error report, the "Exception code: 0xc0000094 & # related to Studio One 4.exe appears.
Any ideas?

Try uninstalling Studio and then uninstall and reinstall your audio device drivers. Exception code: 0xc0000094 is a "Divide by zero" error usually caused by faulty or corrupt device drivers.

Hello Christine x,

Thanks for your help, I have done exactly what you have told me but the problem continues. I have also tried to uninstall the antivirus, but the problem still continues.

Can it be incompatible with my hardware?
