Question

I can't get Ampire to work in Studio One 4.    The dry signal goes through, I suspect it is from the Mixers dry signal, but it will not engage any of the sounds or functions of the amp emulator.  I use windows 10 on a laptop.  The knobs on the amp will move when manipulated.

Are you trying to record through Ampire or are you trying to apply Ampire to a previously recorded track?

If you are trying to record through Ampire, have you inserted Ampire on your input bus? If you have inserted Ampire on your input bus, have you enabled the monitoring button? You cannot hear what Ampire is going unless you have enabled monitoring.
