Hi guys, I have a recent Mac Mini and a new quantum. I bought both the Startech and the original Apple adapters Thuderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 (bidirectional) but... my mac seems not communicating with the interface. Any ideas? Thanks!

You might want to say what version of Quantum you have. Does it have the Thunderbold 2 cable coming out of it and you are plugging that into the female end of the adapter which then plugs into a Thunderbold 3 (USB-C) port on the Mac Mini?

I have a  PreSonus Quantum 26x32 Thunderbolt Low-Latency Audio Interface... I should say "I had" because, frustrated, I'm already returning it to the shop and I'll buy a Thunderbolt 3 interface... Thanks anyway
