My computer recognizes that I have an AudioBox plugged in, but doesn't transfer any sound from to or from my computer it with either a microphone or with line level instruments. The clipping light on the device itself will turn on for input 2, but not for input 1. I also can't get sound from the computer to the AudioBox.
Audacity always recognizes the device, but StudioOne is hit-and-miss. With the box plugged in, both of them freeze when I hit record. Audacity resumes working when I uninstall the device.
- I've installed Universal Control. It recognizes the device.
- I don't currently have the original cable.
- I'm using Windows 10.
- The AudioBox is set as the default audio device.
- It's plugged into a USB 2.1 port on the back of the computer.
