Not having a hot key function to bypass/activate

Inserts/Plugins is a serious sore thumb. Just one

Key set for any insert/plugin I open. So I can bypass to compare. Would love to just keep my hands on the Midi console. Going for the mouse each time slows the Mix.

I don’t want to make a request because I’m sure this functionality has been asked for. I saw someone requested this function like 3 yrs ago. I just want a direct answer to my question or a solution. If you have one it would be much appreciated.

Studio One is beyond  It truly shouldn’t lack a function like this. Thanks hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, 1) you can create your own shortcuts in studio one to suit your need.  2) The faderport models have a bypass button on them.

@aka_buster don’t reply to a post if you don’t have an answer. You should’ve done some research beforehand.

Links below of those asking for this function. I could post more but what’s the point in that. Seems to be only available to those with faderport or what have you. When it should be available regardless. How can one mix like that. Who wants to grab the mouse for this?? The workflow would be supreme if this was available to those without faderport.

Dude, wind your neck in.  Do your own research.  Check out the video by Joe Gilder on how to do what you want.   Use the s1 remote app and its macro functions.  There are ways of doing what you ask that are beyond my simpler suggestions.  Oh and BTW - another suggestion - when someone takes time out of their day to help you, you could be a little more grateful for the fact some actually tried to answer you question.  Yes, you are frustrated, but there is no need to be rude because you didnt get the answer you wanted.

Oh, and put your glasses on.  If you can't tell the difference between a "K" and a "T" how on earth are you going to follow instructions that are written download plainly.

Oh and last suggestion - buy a better midi controller.
