Installed S15 Pro, it initializes and won't load

I just downloaded and installed my Studio One 5 Pro and it initializes, but it doesn't open up to the main screen.  As a matter of fact it doesn't open up to ANY screen.  The whole thing just closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled.  Help!
