This relates to:

But I am going to be more specific.  On the Piano Roll data field, I need to see a 'floating' or highlighted actual note name before and after placing notes, preferably right there where the cursor is.  NOT hidden way off somewhere else.

Every other DAW midi editor I have ever used does this in some way, better than S1.  If I am about to place an "A#4" note, it needs to actually say it's "A#4" note right on the data field, not hidden off to the side, and  especially not merely indicated by piano roll shading lines as if I actually know how to play the piano...  (If I actually knew how to play piano, I wouldn't be manually entering notes...)

Studio One will indicate what a placed note is; I need a better tool of seeing the name of the note before placing the note.
