controller cycles thru colors on its own. will not react to me pushing any buttons. in studio one it shows up in external devices under sending and receiving but doesn't show up anywhere else. is unusable. in the create a song it isn't detected. also doesn't work in melodics website. how can the atom be reset? and the firmware is updated.

It cycles through colors because it’s in Marci Gras mode. If you search for those words in the manual it will explain more.

The other issues sound like the Atom not being recognized or pairing up properly, which I don’t have any advice regarding.
