Would be great if different midi arrangements done with scratch pads could be stored and easily accessed and imported in other sessions. In digital performer, this works via the “clippings” function. This is useful for film scoring as one could build a collection of themes via scratch pads, and then access them for different cues of different projects.
Would eliminate the need to open prior sessions, find the needed section, select, copy, paste, close the session, etc. Simply access the scratch pad in the browser, drag and drop.
