My RM32 is connected to a 5g net gear router via cat5 cable.  My iPad connects to mixer normally and operates the mixer normally via wifi.  Our iPhones appear to connect to the mixer normally but do not show up under the permissions tab as does the iPad.

This is a bug in UC Surface. Rename the iPhone under Settings > General > About to not have any accents.
