Audiobox USB Making strange noises

I don't use this audiobox for recording yet, I just listen to music. But I have been getting noises coming out of my speakers. It makes even more noise when I start moving the mouse around. It gets worse when I start opening up premiere pro. The only way to really reduce is to turn the power options to power saver. I need to use performance mode when editing 4k footage. But when I put it on power saver it still makes noticeable noise. I have tried different usb ports, and an older usb wire, but none of that worked. I once tried this on an older laptop that my friend gave me, and to my surprise, I have not heard anything. I can only hear something if I put my ear up to it. I also used to use this on a 2015 Macbook pro and it made a different noise on that one than this one. Somehow having the Comcast wireless router near it caused that problem.

These problems seem to have started when I was using pro tools to mix audio. I have uninstalled it and removed the plugins, but it didn't do anything. I heard that it might be a possible grounding issue. I tried switching 6 prong outlets, and I tried just plugging the computer straight into the wall. Didn't work. I don't yet have a grounded usb cable yet, so i'm unaware of weather that will work or not.

I do plan on getting a mic for voice over on youtube videos, so I would like to get this fixed before I get one. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I insstalled the latest driver but that didn't do anything. unplugging the mouse didn't do anything iether

This, to me, sounds like a cabling shielding issue, or a grounding issue. Either way, it sounds like you have electrical interference being picked up. Check and re-check all your audio and electrical cabling.

I have this exact issue

has anyone fixed it with cable change? I dont want to spend $200 on a cable to have it not work

I've tried all the other suggestions of changing usb ports etc.

The noise I get is from the computer. Its digital noise, similar to what you hear from mobile phone interference so the more the computer does the more noise it generates.

audio output from the soundcard is free of it. Its only audio from the USB output.
